All goods on loveledneon.cz are made to measure and cannot be returned (according to the provisions of § 1837 of the Civil Code).
This also applies to the goods in the E-SHOP section, which are made on the basis of your order, with love and care directly for you.

We have taken great care to ensure that your LED neon not only shines beautifully, but also reliably and for a long time. Yet there is something wrong with your LED neon? Then do not hesitate to contact us. In most cases, the fault is not directly with the LED neon, so please do not rush and call us on +420 226 226 060 before sending it to us. Together we will go through it to see if it is a problem that can be fixed without the LED neon traveling. If it is unavoidable, please send it to us or personally deliver it to Bělohorská 2336/2336, Prague 6 Břevnov, 169 00 Czech Republic.
